The flowers were initially lovely but the roses are drooping and the arrangement is not holding up. We just received this a day or so ago. I've changed the water, added the packet, trimmed the stems at an angle. This happened with the other arrangement we received from Russell the day prior.

When they arrived they looked great but by Sunday the yellow flowers were dying and the green flowers in center started to turn brown I thought they would last longer then 4 days. I haven't responded until now because I had a total knee replacement.

The arrangement is beautiful. The flowers are still fresh and opening. Prettiest arrangement I have received in awhile. . I received from WKF and they never last long. Also Ken Meisner at Easter and they do not last as long as yours. I have never received from Russell but will use you in the future.

Driver was super sweet. Beautiful flowers but one gerber died by the next day. Also, a ribbon on the vase would have made a huge difference for a small cost.
