I am a weekly client of FS. I pick up arrangements for my house weekly. Today, I ordered birthday flowers delivery to Bahia Beach. Unfortunately, there was a new person at the desk. Apparently, you ran out of roses? So the new person called the recipient of my gift to ask what new flowers she would like?? Thankfully, I was sitting next to my friend who was supposed to receive the surprise birthday flowers, and was able to talk to the person on the phone. I order flowers from you often and pick up weekly arrangements for my house. I would hope that you would credit me for this mistake because it was very embarrassing.

Our team knows never to contact the recipient, only the client, so this was a mistake that shouldn't have happened. I understand how embarrassing it was, especially when you had planned a surprise for her birthday.
