This was never delivered to me. The first day nothing arrived. A day late I received a phone call, they couldn't find my address, I called back and left a message they had written it down wrong. No response and no delivery.

What showed up to my beautiful mom's doorstep for her birthday was not at all like the picture I ordered on the FTD website. A wilted, unboxed arrangement was delivered on a hot day. Unboxed! What florist just dumps an arrangement on someone's doorstep without wrapping it in some way? I got a full refund for this from FTD.

Very pretty. Liked the wooden box as something different. . The purple wete a little tired by the time they came and didnt survive, so just pulled them out. Maybe had to do with delivery distance.

The flowers were beautiful. But whoever delivered the flowers just left them on a table in the HR office so no one knew who they were for. And I didn't get them for 2 days. They were in the HR office for 2 days ;( no one wanted to open the card to see who it was for.

The flowers are absolutely stunning. I was told by the sender that they arrived a day late. However, they were delivered early in the morning and were in perfect condition when I found them on my front porch. It would be useful to ring the doorbell when dropping off flowers at the front door so that the recipient knows that they've arrived. That said, everything about them was perfect, including the delivery and the time that they were delivered I happen to be home and I saw them on the front porch. Thank you for making my day a little brighter.
