The flowers were fine. I went through the Avas website and my experience was less than great. I probably should have gone directly through your business. The man who delivered the flowers was very unpleasant, which is saying it kindly. I will say when I called business directly, the woman I spoke with was very apologetic and extremely kind.

The arrangement is beautiful, and the flowers are beautiful. But some of the long purple flowers were droopy, have dying, maybe in transport. Also didn't know they were out there until I opened the door to get something what a surprise! I don't know if they knocked?
